Relationship & Marital Counselling

Happy Nest

Happy Nest is a dedicated subsidiary of Stately Pillars focused on relationship and marital counselling. It caters to intending couples preparing for marriage through structured premarital counselling sessions.

In addition, Happy Nest provides support for married couples who require guidance, clarity, or restoration in any area of their marriage. Through counselling, mentorship, and biblical principles, Happy Nest seeks to strengthen homes, resolve conflicts, and build marriages that reflect love, stability, and godly values.

This arm reinforces the commitment of Stately Pillars to not only prepare women for marriage but to support them throughout their marital journey.

For Singles

Stately Pillars

Stately Pillars officially commenced on April 27, 2019, with about 30 ladies gathered at Comfort Hall, Flower Garden Rd, Ilorin, Kwara State. What began as a simple physical meeting quickly grew as more ladies connected with the vision.

The name was inspired by Psalm 144:12b — "May our daughters be like pillars that adorn a palace." The word stately speaks of royalty, dignity, and refinement. Together, the name represents women who are intentionally built, spiritually strengthened, and refined to stand with grace, strength, and beauty in every sphere of life.

By early 2020, the number had increased significantly, leading to a relocation to Believers' Heritage Baptist Church. Shortly after, the COVID-19 outbreak necessitated a transition to virtual meetings via WhatsApp. What could have been a setback became a turning point — the virtual platform expanded the reach beyond geographical boundaries, growing to over 1,000 ladies across social media platforms.

The singles expression focuses on young ladies navigating identity, purpose discovery, preparation for marriage, career development, and spiritual growth. Through weekly gatherings, teachings, and mentorship, single ladies are equipped to live intentionally and build solid foundations for their future.

"The vision was born out of a deep burden to see young ladies and women become complete — spiritually grounded, emotionally stable, socially refined, financially empowered, and impactful."

For Married Women · Est. 2023

Pillars in the Palace

In 2023, following divine leading and a recognition that the needs of married women differ from those of singles, Pillars in the Palace was established as a focused space where married women discuss marriage, responsibilities, vision alignment, purpose fulfilment, and balanced living.

Meeting monthly, it addresses the realities of womanhood within marriage while strengthening women to thrive in their homes and beyond. Together with Stately Pillars (for singles), these two expressions ensure that every woman is nurtured appropriately according to her season of life.

Annual Outreach

December to Remember

December to Remember is the annual outreach initiative of Stately Pillars, established in 2020 as an expression of God's love in action. Each year, the community reaches out to vulnerable and special groups within society during the festive season.

2020 — School of Handicap & Koro Afoju

The inaugural edition, impacting over 399 children. Basic needs were provided, with time to play, dance, and share exciting moments together.

2021 — School for Special Needs, Tanke

Held at To Omo Re (School for Children with Special Needs, Tanke, Ilorin). The team fellowshipped with the children, presented gifts, and provided necessities including wheelchairs for the physically impaired students.

2022 — UITH Pediatric Oncology Unit

A deeply sensitive edition at the Pediatrics Oncology Unit, University of Ilorin Teaching Hospital. Bills were paid for children with leukaemia, malnutrition, brain abscess, and newborn babies not yet discharged due to lack of funds. The bills were cleared by Stately Pillars.

2023 — Widows' Empowerment

A widows' empowerment initiative — reaching out to widows with practical support, love, and encouragement.

2025 — Growth Spark Business Grant

The latest edition, providing business grants to empower entrepreneurial growth and economic independence.

Each edition has been marked by joy, generosity, and the glorification of Christ.

Annual November Gathering

Pillars Conference

The annual Pillars Conference, held every November, is a physical gathering of single and married women. It is a time of revival, empowerment, and impartation. At the conference, women are spiritually reawakened, strengthened in purpose, and reminded of their identity as daughters of the King.

2022 — SCEPTER

The first edition was held with the theme "SCEPTER" from November 11th to 13th, 2022. A transformative three-day experience. The book The Nuptial Bliss, written by the Convener Mrs. Opeyemi Odejide, was launched on the final day.

The conference serves as a moment of refreshing and rededication to living as pillars fit for the palace.
